A very honest dealer, I bought a Ford Ka for a very reasonable price and I have had no issues with it, unlike most dealers they are even willing to put the cars on a ramp so you can have a good look under them yourself so you know exactly what you are buying and have a good look at major components you normally won't see when buying a used car.

These guys are great bought a pug from them convertible always wanted one didn’t have it long and some serious damaged occurred. They bent over backwards to help me into another car and another convertible at that. I can not recommend Simon car sales enough. I would of been lost without them. Thank you so much for all of your help over the past year.

I bought my amazing Honda Civic Hybrid from these guys and I am so delighted. The price was clearly beating anyone else in the country so it was worth the train ticket to go and collect it. Bought a cheap run around from the garage, under a grand and the battery happened to be flat when we took it for the test run, no mechanical issue just one of those things. Replaced the battery with a brand new one when they didn’t need to as it more than likely just needed a full charge, did it just for my piece of mind. Would recommend and use again!

From my first phone to eventually meeting the team including Daisy the dog. Fantastic that's not all, you're treated like a friend rather than a customer. I was even treated to a tour of Simons classic cars, with which I had took pictures. I drove 4 hours to purchase my lovely car. Best 4 hours ever! Customer service was second to none. Craig saved the day! We broke down with a flat tyre in the pouring rain off the A1 with two kids in the car 7pm. He pulled over to offer help when many would've driven past. We were really grateful as weren't getting very far and he sorted us with a spare, gave advice on driving with it and also checked our other tyres. Craig refused any form from payment so massively recommend his garage as they're obviously honest, hard working professionals.

Phoned Toby about a Peugeot 207cc he had for sale drove down from Newcastle seen the car test drove it. Was exactly what he described so I bought it there and then. Fabulous car worth every penny.
